1. Payment Policy
Customized Products: A 30%–70% advance payment is mandatory for all made-to-order or customized products.
Ready-made Products: These are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, or Nagad payments.
Ownership: Ownership of the product remains with Hameem Enterprise until the full payment is cleared.
2. Order Cancellation
Custom Orders: Once confirmed via phone or message, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed as production starts immediately.
Ready-made Products: Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been dispatched for delivery.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Charges & Timing: Delivery time and charges depend on the product type, size, weight, and your location.
Third-party Logistics: Hameem Enterprise is not responsible for delays or issues caused by our courier partners (e.g., RedX, Sundarban, or Truck services).
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, accidents, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing & Offers
Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional discounts are valid for a limited time only and cannot be claimed after the expiry date.
5. Warranty
Specific products may come with a limited warranty (e.g., 1–10 years) depending on the material and usage.
Warranty terms and conditions are provided separately with the invoice or product description.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Custom Products: No returns or refunds are applicable for customized/bespoke items.
Ready-made Products: Eligible for return or replacement only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Proof Required: A clear unboxing video or photos taken in front of the delivery man is mandatory to claim any return. Claims without proper proof will not be entertained.
7. Customer Responsibility
Users must provide accurate shipping and contact information. Hameem Enterprise is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect user data.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account User ID and Password.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Hameem Enterprise and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hameem Enterprise shall not be held liable for accidents, natural disasters, or government restrictions that may affect the delivery or use of the product.
10. Governing Law
All operations and disputes are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act. Any legal disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
